What it does not do
It does a lot, so there is more to learn than with a single-purpose script. It works in After Effects only; Flex Ultimate is the panel for Premiere Pro. It has no character rigging with IK (Duik is the tool for that) and no live Illustrator hand-off (Overlord is). Activating a licence needs an internet connection. Cloud features such as Gemini 3.5 Transcribe and Flex AI use credits, and Flex Studio is still in beta.
