FLEX (Capture Flex) makes plugins and tools for After Effects and Premiere Pro. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you use captureflex.in and our software, why we need it, and the choices you have.
We keep your data safe and secure, and we protect it with our life. We never sell your data.
1. Information you give us
Your account: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time code sent to your email.
Your purchases: the product you buy, the name and email you pay with, the amount, and the payment reference from Razorpay, Patreon or PayPal. If you pay by bKash or a manual transfer, also the sender number and the payment screenshot you upload, so we can confirm your payment.
We never see or store your card or bank details. Your payment provider handles those.
Support and feedback: the messages you send us on WhatsApp, Discord or email, and any feedback or examples you choose to send to help improve Flex AI.
2. Information from using our software
License checks: when you activate or use a Flex product, it checks your license with our server. We receive your license key, a device identifier and device name (so your license works on the number of devices it allows), the product and its version, and how long the panel is used.
Your IP address and the rough area it comes from (country and city). We use this only to stop license sharing and to count where our users are. Never GPS, never sold.
Security: if our software detects tampering or a cracked copy, it sends us a short security report (device identifier and IP address) so we can protect genuine customers.
3. Flex AI
When you use Flex AI features (chat, images, captions, voice), the text, images or audio you send are processed by our AI partners, such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and ElevenLabs, only to produce your result. Audio sent for cloud captions is stored temporarily and deleted after processing, usually within an hour. We keep a record of the credits you use.
4. Website, cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as your theme.
If you arrive through a creator’s link or use a creator’s code, we remember that code in a cookie for up to 90 days, and together with the email you check out with, so the creator gets credit for your purchase.
Like every website, our servers see your IP address when you visit. We use it to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and credit creator referrals.
We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.
5. How we use your information
To deliver your products and license keys, and to show your purchases and keys in your account.
To run license activation and device limits, and to stop sharing, piracy and fraud.
To provide Flex AI features and keep track of your credits.
To email you receipts, license keys, sign-in codes and important news about products you own.
To pay creators for the customers they refer.
To answer your support requests.
To understand, in total, which products, features and countries our users use, so we can improve them.
6. Who we share it with
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with advertisers. We only share what is needed with the services that help us run Flex:
Payment providers (Razorpay, Patreon, PayPal, bKash), to process your payment.
Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in with them.
Our hosting and database providers (Vercel and its storage services), where our website and records live.
Our email delivery provider, to send receipts, license keys and sign-in codes.
Our AI partners, only for the Flex AI features you use.
GitHub, which hosts our installers and downloads.
Creators, if you bought through their link or code: they see that a sale happened, with your email partly hidden (for example abc***@gmail.com).
We may also share information when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Account, purchase and license records: for as long as your account or license exists, so your keys keep working and your purchase history stays available.
Email sign-in codes: 15 minutes.
Cloud caption audio: deleted after processing.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 9). We only keep what the law requires, such as payment records.
8. Keeping your data safe
We keep your data safe and secure, and we protect it with our life. Everything travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, your sign-in is protected with signed session tokens, and only a small, trusted team can access customer records.
9. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emails about product news. Message us on WhatsApp or Discord and we will help you, after confirming it is really you.
10. Children
Our products are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also let you know on our website.
