Which Premiere Pro versions does it work with?

Premiere Pro 2022 and newer, on Windows and on macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). The Flex Product Manager download includes both builds.

Will Auto Cut wreck my timeline?

The sequence is backed up to a "Flex Backups" bin before every cut, cuts land inside the silence on frame boundaries, and the whole pass is one undo away. Retakes are shown word by word for review before anything is removed.

Do the captions need the internet or an API key?

No. Ten Whisper models run on your own computer: no API key, no per-minute fee, and your audio stays on the machine. The first run downloads the model you choose - and if you also use Flex GUI Pro, the models are shared, so nothing downloads twice.

Is the panel on this page the real thing?

It is the real interface running in your browser as a showcase build: every tab is there to click through, but nothing is connected to Premiere Pro, so the buttons do not act on a project.

Do I need Flex GUI Pro as well?

No - Flex Ultimate is its own panel for Premiere Pro. If you also use Flex GUI Pro in After Effects, the two share the assets library, workspace notes and the reference board.

The extension does not show up in Premiere Pro.

On Windows this is almost always unsigned extensions being blocked. The install guide below has a one-click registry fix for exactly that.
