FLEX provides plugins, extensions and tools for After Effects and Premiere Pro (such as Flex GUI Pro, Flex Ultimate, the Flex Combo Pack and Flex Wheel), Flex AI credits, free plugins, and video editing and motion design services. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.
When your payment is confirmed, you receive your license key by email and in your account under My license keys. Manual payments (such as bKash or a PayPal transfer) are confirmed by our team, usually within a few hours. Prices are shown at checkout.
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial projects, on the number of devices your license allows. You may not share, resell, redistribute, crack or reverse-engineer the software or its license keys. We may switch off keys that are shared publicly, used against these terms, obtained by fraud, or refunded or charged back.
Credits are used for Flex AI features and, where offered, to redeem products. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Free plugins are provided as they are, at no cost, and may change or be removed at any time.
You are responsible for giving accurate information at checkout and for keeping your license keys and account private.
Because license keys are delivered instantly, all sales are final once a key has been issued, except where the law says otherwise. If something does not work, contact us on WhatsApp or Discord and we will help you fix it. See our Refund Policy for details.
FLEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
